Experience

Warren Schultz is a former writer for ThoughtCo who wrote six articles on the gaming industry over the course of two years. He studied computer science and computer art at the University of Findlay and Bowling Green State University, respectively. After college, he went on to work in Interplay's QA department during the days of Baldur's Gate, Descent, Planescape, and other well-known games. He then moved into development and worked on the Starfleet Command development team. Schultz later joined Scion Studios, which was eventually absorbed by the parent company, Epic Games, where he ran the IT department for six years. 

Education

Associate Degree in computer science from the University of Findlay; B.A. in computer art from Bowling Green State University, both in Ohio.
